The firm was founded in 1991 by Mag. Heinz Kobleder as a sole proprietorship.

The native of Upper Austria from Engelhartszell an der Donau studied Business Informatics and Taxation under Univ. Prof. Dr. Karl Vodrazka at Johannes Kepler University Linz. After completing his studies, he worked for many years as an Audit Manager at KPMG, one of the largest international auditing firms.

In 1991, he passed the tax advisor examination and established a tax consulting firm in Mödling.

In 2005, the sole proprietorship was converted into a GmbH (limited liability company) and relocated its headquarters to the current location at Enzersdorfer Straße 25 in Mödling

Manuela Rieder, born in Mödling in 1985 and raised in Vösendorf, attended the Higher Educational Institute for Business Professions in Biedermannsdorf, which she completed in 2003.
