Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to make a significant impact as tax consultants. We aim to minimize your tax burden while ensuring that your accounting is perfectly organized and informative. We provide impeccable support, excellent expertise, in-depth industry knowledge, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and reliable networks to serve you best.
...consumer expectations for immediate and continuous service availability have set off a technological and sociological revolution. This trend is increasingly evident in both national and international tax law. Rapidly shifting political power dynamics lead to a constantly changing tax environment. In this environment, making forecasts has become nearly impossible. Change no longer occurs linearly, but exponentially.
These are the conditions under which companies must prepare for uncertainty today. They need to be agile and ready for action. Choosing the right advisor can be crucial.
We speak the language of our clients, understand their products, challenges, and visions. How do we achieve this? We observe and listen. We give our counterparts attention and respect. Together, we work in harmony, often for years and decades.
...this is a fundamental requirement for working in our firm and naturally applies to all our employees: The right to remain silent as well as protection during searches and seizures are essential legal principles that we can invoke for the benefit of our clients.
We emphasize diversity in education, career, skills, and personality.
This includes, for example, providing assistance during tax audits, payroll tax audits, and social security audits, as well as representing clients in appeals and financial penalty proceedings, and preparing administrative court and constitutional court complaints
Substantial expertise is required for this. We don't believe in presenting suggestions that may sound enticing but clearly venture beyond defensible interpretations and may not withstand the scrutiny of the next tax audit. The relevant authorities at the tax administration are well aware of this as well. In this sense, the success of our work is also measurable. Measurable through the significantly lower additional assessments by the tax authorities during tax audits. Tangible in the sense that our clients can sleep soundly without worrying about unpleasant surprises.
We hold respect for the professionals who essentially stand "on the other side," the officials of the tax administration. Just as we wish to be treated fairly and respectfully in our professional practice, we also treat tax officials and auditors accordingly. We find mutual understanding and integrity to be more constructive than unfair attacks that ultimately make life difficult and cost money for all parties involved. Nevertheless, it is clear to the tax administration officials that we unilaterally and exclusively represent the interests of our clients.
